We will ship your order soon after payment is recieved. Then it's in the shipping company's hands.
Very often chances are good that orders with payment received by noon are packed the same day, except pre christmas time and easter.
by the way: You can only order articles, that are in stock and will be shipped straight after payment is received. Otherwise you can only activate a notification as to when it's available again. For extensive electrical systems (tigerexped power pro) or the like, customer support will inform you about delivery times.

If we know a delivery date, it will be displayed under the short description (blue). Experience shows that it can vary by a few days.

The red "currently out of stock" info means, we don't have a binding date yet.

In both cases you can acitvate the "notify me when this item is available" function, which you'll find instead of the "add to cart"-button, if an article is out of stock. Just leave your email address and you will automatically receive a message once it's available again. If we offer the product in different variations, make sure to choose your exact article first and then hit the button for your notification.

If questions arise about articles already delivered, their operating instructions should provide the answers. The manuals come with the articles or are available for download on the respective product page in the shop. Our tech support can try to help if installation or operating instructions are not clear or helpful. In these cases we ask you to let us know where there are problems with the instructions. For self-builders, we assume adequate basic knowledge of the car and a proper workshop equipment. In case of uncertainties, advice and support from specialist workshops should be sought, as the functionality of most of our technical products depends on professional (!) installation. Installation errors can lead to defects in the equipment or, in the worst case, can become a danger to the vehicle and its occupants.
