Super compact size
With only 54 mm x 63 mm x 24 mm (L, W, H), this double feed-through is ideal for tight spaces.
No gluing / sealing
The installation of the Scanstrut cable seals does not require the use of adhesives or sealants = no annoying smearing during assembly and no unclean sealing joints in the finished result.
The scope of delivery includes a precisely fitting premium seal from 3M as well as stainless steel screws for closing and fastening.
Cablesizes
Pre-drilled seals for the cables of 5 mm and 6 mm (0.19" / 0.23"), plus two closed blind plugs are included.
Note: With a suitable drill bit, the blind plugs can be drilled out to feed through smaller cables and used, for example, to attach lamps or similar. However, since the closed inserts were not originally intended for this by the manufacturer, we cannot assume any guarantee for unsuccessful / too large or generally drilled out blind plugs and individualisations on the product. Please take the hint to be able to do this as a TIP, but be sure what you are doing and with what drill bit when using the blind plugs to route cables through.
100% waterproof
Scanstrut cable glands are developed for marine needs and are 100% dust and watertight. According to the IP68 standard, they can withstand being submerged in water at a depth of 1.5 m for half an hour (when using the original 5 or 6 mm seals or the blind plugs, of course).
