These strong suction cups from German quality production are designed in combination with the knurled screw suction cups to attach our solar bags. Attach the solar bag behind the windscreen of your camper and fill up with solar power even while you leave the vehicle - in addition, the sun is kept away from the driver's cab, which slows down the vehicle from heating up too much.

The hooks are of course universal for hanging up and hold towels, bags or whatever securely on a smooth surface.

How many / which suction cups for which solar bag

For all our solar bags except For the nano tiger for hiking and other activities, we recommend4 x suction cups with knurled screws 60 mm, which are simply threaded through the eyelets in the corners and secured with a knurled screw, plus 2 x suction cups with Goliath hooks, which provide support at the top and bottom in the middle.

The easiest way to assemble is to attach the lower Goliath hook first, place the solar bag on top and then press the suction cups firmly into the corners. The upper Goliath hook is then mounted for a perfect fit without sagging.
 

Instructions for use

The suction cups are extremely strong and are manufactured by an experienced specialist in Germany. The key to using the adhesive strength is the cleanliness of the suction cup and the surface. A cleaning that also degreases (with detergent water, for example) works wonders. When attaching the suction cups, press in the middle and hold for 1 to 2 seconds so that the air can escape from under the suction cup.
 

Deformations

The rubber of the suction cups can deform during transport and storage. We therefore recommend not folding up the solar bag with the suction cups mounted, but removing them after use.

If a suction cup has become deformed, it can be returned to its original shape thanks to the high-quality material - simply place the suction cup in 80 - 90 degrees hot water. The rubber "remembers" returns to its original shape and returns to that shape. The same applies if a suction cup has been attached to a surface for so long that it has become "flat".
